About Us
My name is Madison Jones, and I am the proud owner and breeder behind this passion driven endeavor. I have lived in the beautiful state of Utah my entire life, and it was here that my journey with the White Swiss Shepherd began.
My love for shepherds started at the age of 18 (in 2016) when I was introduced to the White German Shepherd breed. My first White German Shepherd captured my heart, but I discovered that her stunning white coat was not accepted in AKC conformation shows because white is a disqualifying color for German Shepherd dogs. This led me to explore the world of White Swiss Shepherds, a breed that shares the striking appearance and intelligent nature of the German Shepherd but comes in a beautiful white coat that is accepted in the breed standard rather than excluded.
It wasn't long before I received Targhee, my first White Swiss Shepherd and my soul dog. Targhee inspired me to dive deeper into the breed, and I realized I wanted to share my passion with others. This passion led me to create a Facebook group, "White Swiss Shepherds of The United States" where I could connect with other enthusiasts and share our mutual love for the White Swiss Shepherd breed. During this time, I knew I wanted to import a White Swiss Shepherd to begin my show career and explore the possibility of establishing my own breeding program.
I was dedicated to learn more about showing my dogs in conformation so I sought mentorship from experienced breeders. I was fortunate to find a mentor in Missy Lee from Serenity Valley, who helped guide me through the complexities of showing and breeding. With her support, I brought home my first stud dog from her breeding program and began the exciting journey of importing our sweet Origami from the kennel Las Kornas located in Poland.
Today, I am actively involved with showing my dogs in conformation, and it has become one of my greatest passions. My goal is to breed healthy, well-tempered dogs that exemplify the beauty and intelligence of the breed.
